Dave Graf, PA-C, MPAS/ Family Medicine/ Physician Assistant

Dave Graf, a physician assistant at Prairie Clinic, grew up in Rochester, Minnesota. Before becoming a PA, Dave was the Adventure Education Coordinator for Wolf Ridge ELC, an outdoor school near Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota. As an undergrad, Dave attended Colorado College. There he was given the Spirit of Service Award in recognition of his involvement in community service. He earned his BA in English Literature in 1995.

Dave came to the Sauk Prairie area in 2012 to attend the PA program at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He decided to stay in Sauk Prairie and join the Prairie Clinic because it reminded him of home with the close community rooted in its heritage.

Outside the clinic, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, growing pumpkins, hiking, climbing, camping, swimming, skiing, biking, paddling, hockey, and ping-pong.
