Screen Time - We all love our screens! On cell phones, laptops, computers and good old TV for too many hours a day. They need to recharge and so do we.
Turn off the background noise an hour before sleep. The blue screen actually disrupts sleep onset.
Limit kids to 2 hours a day and help them choose the programs they really like or the game they have not mastered already. Set rules/ limits for them and yourself and enjoy a more meaningful enjoyable life.
