In the setting of COVID-19 and concerns about illness here are some ideas to stay well.

1.  Light exercise daily will help maintain a healthy immune system.
2.  Eat fruits and vegetables; the more color in your diet, the better for your well-being.  get you nutrients       from healthy food rather than supplements.
3.  Stay away from tobacco products.
4.  Wash your hands often!
5.  Get adequate sleep. 
6.  Manage stress with a social support system, rest, exercise, play.
7.  Meditate, pray  and/or learn some relaxation techniques.
8.  Stay up to date on vaccinations.
